i actually find the whole cutesy-pie use of so called "non musical" objects 
to justify highly un-tasty sound work to be offensive...honestly, who cares 
if the artifacts of several generations of delay feedback used to be a piece 
of wood once...
which seems to be the whole roden aesthetic...
