viewing the site on a mac is especially painful, as there is no 'reload
frame' button in netscape for mac.  one solution is to 'new window with
that frame' it & use your reload button from there.

either the server or (more likely) the perl script they use doesn't seem
to be handling the visitor load unfortunately.  there's something to be
said about good old static html pages...  :)
