The classic 'bad' computer speech has to be the SAM prog on the C64.
I have it as a disk image, if you can find a suitable emulator for yr platform
(Mac one would be Power64: http://www.auto.tuwien.ac.at/~rlieger/Power64/ )
(PC one could be CCS64: http://www.computerbrains.com/ccs64/index.html )

Run the 'MENU' app to initialize speech (follow the prompts), then run the
'SAM DEMO'
program.
My favorite are the different vocal 'qualities' you can select
"This is the Elf Voice!" "This is the Little Old Lady Voice!"
