my cd player can't handle lowercase and glitchy sound

I just want to relay a fun thing thats going on in my relationship with this music and technology right now. in the summer I purchased one of these new micro digital playpack systems from JVC. I know I know, and it doesn't like this type of music. Its rather funny. When I play a guenter or lopez disc, or anything with a large amount of silence the cd player reads it as a sign to skip ahead to the next sound. funny, and annoying. It doesn't do this all the time, but when it does I become very angry. My jvc also has a problem with condensed high frequency sound. when I play back the teleform track on the vershiedene cd projekt disc from IFFM, the artificial memory trace track on the lowercase comp (which is amazing so far, thank you...josh, I love the photgraphy/painting..richard wow!)...etc., when the tones burst out of the track very intensely, my cd player skips back to the beginning of the track. it has got caught in a loop several times which is neat on some levels but again annoying.
has anyone else experienced these potential problems?
is lowercase and microsound going destroy my cd player? are all composing music to destroy technology? I hope so.
thanks for you time,
and josh...thank you.
sincerely, one of the most perplexed men of this minute
