I saw Fennesz perform in Oxford a couple of months ago.
It was just this guy who walked up the front and opened his laptop and stood
still for an hour... But it still added a unique touch to the show (even though
he barely moved - apart from the odd violent tweak with the mousepad), his music
has a warm personal feel and it came across better live than on CD (although the
recorded stuff leaves little to be desired...)

So how was the set? The set at Oxford was a mix of the drones of 'plus forty
seven..' with the melodic style of 'Plays'. Culminating in a big dirty tuned
machine dirge.
