I used to use Deck II before I threw myself into ProTools. But Macromedia 
doesn't make Deck anymore, and it won't run on OS9. I'm still running 
SoundEdit 16 in OS9 but even that's a bit squirrely.

All I want is to run ProTools in a proper multitrack format on a Powerbook. 
I'll use ProTools 5.0 if I have to. But where's the hardware? Digidesign 
only makes PCI cards. And I know from reading boring trade mags that 
Lucafilm recorded all the location dialogue for Star Wars on G3 laptops 
running ProTools. Now don't try to tell me they were using the damn 1/8" 
stereo input... there's no way.
