the hotline server is a place where listmembers can download other
listmembers tracks and upload there own.  occasionally we have a chat with
someone to discuss digital/post digital music and so on.  previous chats
included douglas kahn, author of "noise, water, meat" and dj spooky.  both
of these chats are available on the server in text format.
