Perhaps try some of the little delights on labels like Tomlab, Morr Music,
Karaoke Kalk, and Staubgold; all are releasing quite listenable but
nonetheless weird and somewhat experimental records not only fitting all
your requirements but also making for quite enduringly rewarding home
listening. And as much of this music takes significant influence from the
Cologne sound of the mid-1970s (especially Cluster and Harmonia), this too
might well be included. And then - further from this list but quite worthy
of inclusion - are Telepherique, Tesendalo, Multer, Troum, Tamaru, Ultra
Milkmaids, Tin Foil Star, Cranioclast, Ora, Remote Viewer, September
Plateau, Stars of the Lid, and several thousand other items I am neglecting
to mention...
