where do you hope to sell this music? 'e-commerce' is down the drain, and
ya its unfortunate that there was never a place in it for the little guy but
its time to stop dreaming about selling your music on the net and start
recognizing that the labels who are doing well right now are the ones who
are well distributed. Walk thru a mall right now or any record store and
its packed. The retail market depends heavily on this season, wether
they're selling soap-on-a-rope or CDs. Piracy is a non-issue as you should
not expect a 'revenue stream' from the internet anyway. Considering all
the 'mp3 bands' that exist right now, its painfully obvious that shelf-space
is at a premium (it always has been, its just very obvious now).
