well there is always me : )
LINE cds, intransitive cds, lowercase cds and others (to name the 
electronic work)

and also  marc behrens designed all of the packages for trente 
oiseaux, more recently that is done by bernhard himself.

also nosei sakate  (*0) does his cds packages i believe (including 
the new one which has a beautiful cover)
