i guess its not how its created but how it sounds. micro sound should sound 
like it was created by an alien being who has a fetish for compressing 
layers upon layers of digital glitch.
the end result sound sound hi-tech and experimental.sort of like fx Randomiz

anyway, why dont you all consider autechre to be micro sound. most of Ep-7 
sounds like micro sound, even cichlisuite and ciastic slide have isolating 
micro moments
