RE: [microsound]: What is microsound ?

ive been to the homepage for an explanation of microsound,
i was searching for a mailing list that would have discusions on music made 
from from residual digital noise and like wise.

doesnt micro in microsound imply sound obsessed with internal detail and 
structures?  (i ask since phonecia is mentioned as micro sound )
