No, it would be a nightmare to manage. Thats the exact reason why major
record labels hate the mp3 format, its a non-encrypted format and is very
difficult to control distribution.

I would like to see the technical specs of .ogg format though. it's being
pushed as an alternative to mp3 because it is open-source for developers,
but when it comes to the end-user that doesn't make a spot of difference.
all the user wants is format support, compatibility and superior sound
quality with decent compression ratios.
