I agree completely, but remember that Stockhausen is actually from another planet (or
was that another solar system?), and so he lives by different rules. I´m sure his
distribution system makes sense on planet X, and I´m sure he isn´t bothered by the fact
that it´s very hard to get hold of his music. After all, he´s made elitism into an
artform.

At least, I should think. Norwegian banks probably charge even more. I won some money
betting on soccer last year (about $650), and I think about 8% got "lost" on the way
from the betting company to my bank account. Greedy turbo capitalism at its most
charming.
