Which are the best microsound artist?

Hi everybody!

I'm new at this list. My name is Álvaro Castro 
Castilla, I'm from Spain. I'm 17 and I'm studing 9º of 
Piano. I'm very interested in new musics. But I 
thought that the most recent artistic movement in 
music was the intelligent techno or braindance, which 
I like a lot. Is the microsound the last in music 
exploration?
Could anyone recommend me an author? Is StockHausen a 
microsound artist?
