There is a microsound hotline server with file transfer and user message
areas. You could upload your works or establish a collaborative project
with dedicated file and message folders. Right now it seems a lot of
the exchange is happening as a result of private conversations, but
there's plenty of room for public comment and peer review venues. Would
this be satisfactory?
