Of course the only reason they were in a position to do that over other
similar companies is because they collected $300 million from their IPO, and
advertising revenue was NEVER ment to sustain their model anyway according
to their SEC filing.

WHAT??  They are owned by a consortium of communications and entertainment
conglomerates.

they don't have any case, the case was against them and they LOST, they cut
deals giving away whatever shreds of the company they still owned at the
time.

I'll support Crapster over mp3.crap any day.  Mp3.com is a holding tank for
artists that the industry does not want to become successful and change the
styles and trends the industry now fully creates for profit.
