AW: [microsound] laptops

hm,

i am not so happy about the new powerbooks. if you are using non altivec
optimized applications there is no gain in speed. bus speed stayed the same,
video controller stayed the same, video memory stayed the same amount and
apple dropped the sound in.... my impression with some of the new apple
computers is that they are trying to sell computers only by form and not by
function (eg cube).
