Sure, Touch, Mego, Raster-Noton et al all have numerous vinyl releases.
They are what they are, though - they certainly haven't been pressed up
according to a use value as "scratch records," though there's nothing to say
you can't cut them up to your heart's delight.
And of course don't forget Mr. Brinkmann - if that's not enough records for
you...
