on march 8th, the new york underground film festival is sponsoring a
record release party for the new apestaartje cd at tonic (107 norfolk)

playing that evening are fennesz (touch, mego) carsten nicolai/noto
(noton, raster) i-sound, and apestaartje artists anderegg, a silent
partner, n/a and colin olan.

the cd is called "re: martin arnold 'alone, life wastes andy hardy' ".
it's a series of digital recompositions by fennesz (touch, mego), 
anderegg (apestaartje) akira rabelais (mille plateaux), n/a,
(apestaartje) a silent partner (apestaartje), pimmon (meme, fatcat,
fallt)  and
steve roden (meme, trente oiseaux). the original source material for all
tracks was taken from the soundtrack to martin arnold's 1997
experimental film "alone, life wastes andy hardy".

the cd will be available the second week of march.
