Yeah, "caliber" wasn't the most accurate word. But thanks anyway to
everyone for all the suggestions. I was refering to filmmakers who have a
similer feel to the ones I mentioned. I'm familier with most of the
suggested directors on various e-mails, but there are definately a few to
check out. I just finished watching Crows by Dorota Kedzierzawska.
Beautifuly shot and a bit melancholy. I don't know what kind of film a
lot of European directors use but I really like the color and grainy
quality that results.
