If you want to see some scary stuff going down... as
far as freaks in the crowd and the Autechres.. come to
the Detroit Electronic Music festival and freakout.
The kids that make Detroit raves go 'round are going
to be OUT IN THE SUNLIGHT... I want to see Tortoise
and the Techres myself, but Halloween should only be
once a year!!!!!! 


I dug the interview with Mouse on Mars on Pitchfork
hella... but didn't want to mention it in fear that
MOM might be the Chemical Bro's of Microsound and I'd
get dissed from the list... however..

Jan also said something I thought was soooo rad.
I love the discussions on how certain music is made on
this list... but for when it goes too far... Jan says:

 "I don't want to know how every chocolate bar that I
eat has been put together, and I don't want to see
exactly how the cook has created the food that I'm
eating. I don't want to live the life of an author of
the book I'm reading. But I think that, through the
book, I can understand something about the personality
of the writer."

It's gotta be in the water...
