It was compiled by Mute a few years ago on Graeme Revell's "Musique Brut 
Collection" CD and just popped up in the catalog at 
http://www.anomalousrecords.com/main.html .  Of his work, I prefer SPK's 
"Zamia Lehmanni" to the Musique Brut recordings.
