What about this idea:  for the rest of this year and every year after, ride 
a bicycle, walk, take public transport, and dump the private car 
altogether.  Remove the market, and you will remove the product.  Any 
serious and meaningful consumer action will not be convenient, and to me a 
convenient approach allowing one to buy Evil Product A from Source 1 but 
not from Source 2 is destined for failure, especially when Source 2 can 
sell its "goods" through Source 1.

But on to the music:

I think it was Mr Jet Jaguar who posted the link here (or was it elsewhere) 
to http://www.e-rmx.com/ , and while this music is all over the map - a map 
including the micro and the macro, the ambient and the noise, the rock and 
the dance, the gentle and the experimental, the prickly and the fuzzy - it 
is very much to be recommended, and has some delicious morsels for those 
who like their popmusic affectionately tormented.
