transmissions fest questions

I've been trying to access the Transmissions Festival
2001 site, to no avail.  When I go to
http://transmit.org , I must go to
http://63.151.40.112/ to get into the site, and it
proves to be a dead link.  Pretty excellent-looking
festival, though, from the postcard I received.
