Re: I-book, Powerbook or G4 Cube

i've been running max/msp on the new ibook for about 2 weeks now. seems pretty
stable. i have yet to benchmark it against a pismo, but haven't seen cpu jump
higher than 50%, even for large synthesis patches. so i'm not worried.

i have however seen flaky recognition of my usb midi controller. my understanding
is that i should be able to pop out the plug, wait a couple seconds and plug
it back in, but it usually requires a restart before oms responds to the device
again. i'll have to do more investigation.. any thoughts?
