oh my god, this just ranks #1 amongst the most godawful annoying songs ever 
produced by a sentient man.  that fucking purposedly void bugger of a sad 
excuse for popular fecal pathos with the nazi pump-it-harder thump thump to 
the end!  the ONE SUMMER this one played, i wanted to KILL EVERYONE.  it 
was in my head ALL THE TIME!!!  (now i'm okay.)

i'm into microsound so i can COMBAT that sort of things.

if you're in montréal, go see the 2nd showing of the fuccon family saturday 
at fantasia.  not for the fuccon family (it was all right) but for the 
seriously wrecked _nekojiru-so_, 33 minutes of being kept on the edge of 
your seat, & the most gut-wrenchingly beautiful 5 minutes of animation i've 
ever seen so far, wherein time stops, & goes backwards...  words fail!  the 
homage to tenkwaru naniwa doesn't disappoint either: the four absurd movies 
are crude & delirious, far beyond south park yet almost too minimalistic to 
be real.  as for the final, "serious" one, _kappas_ (7 minutes), its pacing 
& soundtrack ('89 guitar japanoise, can it get any better?) are 
bedazzling.  seeing it after _nekojiru-so_ i think gives it even more of a 
perspective.  arrive early because there's always a line outside.  (amazing 
that we have such festivals here, i wish they had an extra scene!)
