speaking of prototype 909...

a long while ago (long before i even knew who taylor deupree was) i heard a 
12" entitled "p909 live" (that's the only thing printed on the cover) which 
was some seriously heavy/bonkers acid.  at the time i could have sworn that 
was the most insane techno i had ever heard (although i hadn't heard much 
then.)

is that sort of thing even available anywhere anymore?  maybe not that 
particular 12" but something equivalent?  from what i've heard _joined at 
the head_ is not the same thing exactly...

i guess it's not totally on-topic, i was just recently reminescing this & 
the connection to our friend taylor...
