notebook (PC) for creation of sound ?

But i was asking about a soundcard, not a computer.
How i said: "In specifications for some notebooks stands only "SBpro
compatible stereo sound" comment.
I dont know what does it mean, becouse it's just driver-standart, no more"
I was talking about quality of sound of "SBpro compatible stereo sound",
have any experience?
