things certainly are not slow right now! my mailbox is flooded with
useless crap
everytime i check it! 

i think his point is: if its not relating to the list (OT) then dont post
it. just because 
the list is 'slow' is no reason to inundate with annoying OT posts.  i
happen to agree
with the "grump" above ;) my delete key has seen better days.
