I was turned on to many of the musicians on Zero Gravity through a
compilation on Soup-Disk named "Silverworld," and at the time - perhaps
four or five years ago - I was fortunate to find Zero Gravity (as well as
its parent label Transonic, also run by Nagata) available through Forced
Exposure. But at a certain point US distribution became very inconsistent,
and now only some titles seem to come through; I have seen these listed
from time to time at Rioux's, Anomalous, and Aquarius. One of my favorites
on Zero Gravity is Tamaru, who has three albums out on that label and runs
a quite interesting label of his own named 1040; there his improv
compilation "Intercity" and his production for Ami on "Spiritual Voice" are
very well worth investigating. The last time I bought Transonic and Zero
Gravity music, I had to order it from Japan.
