any decent, fairly large music store will either have scores in stock or be
able to order them from the publisher. universal edition (feldman et al) or
cf peters (cage et al; try <http://www.edition-peters.com/> for online
ordering) carry a certain number of contemporary scores; i dont know any
others by name.
but if you dont want to pay a lot (though scores are surprisingly
inexpensive) then the next best thing is probably working something out with
a university library or getting your university friends to take them out for
you. or you could suddenly develop an interest in improvised music and then
you wouldn't have to worry about scores at all. :)
