software question concern. mac/linux/pd please trash if you dont want to read

Please pardon the software post....

But before I subscribe to a pd list, I wanted to see if any list memebers 
have run the new linux os for ppc macs, and if so have you tried running pd 
with any success on that platform?

Please respond off list.
