[microsound] digest format suggestion

has it ever been suggested to reformat the digest so that all the topics 
at the top are hyperlinked to the corresponding posts below?  i would 
appreciate the ability to skip to certain posts.  why do i feel like 
this has been suggested before and the person who suggested it got a new 
asshole torn in writing by the hardcorps folks who would rather keep it 
all plain and good simple text?
