Apparently Seattle has just had a couple of crashes as well, at least as
reported by KABC TV out here.

and microsound. it is indeed an immense tradegy and apocalyptic scene
here in new york.

i can't begin the describe how surreal it feels. from my apartment in
brooklyn i have a direct view of the world trade towers. about 15
minutes after it happened i hopped on my bike and rode to the
Promenade.. which is a boardwalk/park area at the edge of brooklyn
that overlooks the financial district and WTC. as i locked up my bike
and walked across the street, the hundreds of people who were already
gathered there began to scream... i asked what happened.. what
happened... and someone said "the towers just collapsed".

people were screaming , crying...

who knows what the outcome of all this will be. from something as
trivial as "the loss of our skyline" to the tens and thousands.. if
not many many more deaths.

very bizarre here. very
