I find that the quieter microsound works are good antidotes for
the profound disquiet of our age, even before the recent calamity.
Perhaps it's a bit of escapism -- a search for new sound-worlds --
but in practice these works form more of an accompaniment to my
inner thoughts than a mask for them.
