Luciano is Martin Schopf, aka Dandy Jack as has been mentioned. He's also
Senor Coconut, not the producer but the guy in the picture with the maracas
and the moustache. Luciano is a new solo project fro him, with further
releases to come under that monicker on Perlon in the coming year.
