A friend recently said, " The surrealists had opium, the beats had
amphetamines, the NY school had alcohol."

I asked her, "What is the metabolism of our time? (chemical or owtherwise)"

We decided it is either portable computers or gourmet food. Maybe this will
help define our nomenclature. However, wouldn't it be nice to not be new for
a while?
