hotline server/ list archive ?'s

Kim, et al,

The Hotline server looks nifty. So do all the files in the folders. Too 
damned bad I can't download any of them without a log-in! How do I get one?

Also, while I'm asking:
How do I get to a full archive of the [microsound] posts? The list-bot only 
sends me subject headers and threads. Some of that stuff sounds interesting.
