The persuing of an internal character/timbre/spirit of the instrument.

Dealing with the realisation that the computer is a nothing, and then
creating something between it and yourself - within a non-place.

Concept, pre-planning, expectation, theory, personality as bridges between
you and 'it'.

Expressing what the computer is, or, finding what everything else is not.

Introducing systems and limits that inform generation.

The act of discovery rather than creation.

Noteless - replacing notes with audible events defining termporal existence.

Temporal existence creating moments replacing memorability.

Interaction between elements - gambling, accidents, random, interference.

Embracing the accidental.

Regularity and repetition regarded as convention, and a backdrop for
accidents.

The introduction of judgement for the sorting of unexpected results.

Judgement as a creative act, as choice.

Wisdom and personality becoming more important than method and knowledge.

Tune as being an overpowering pushing from the creator removing choice for
the listener, like lyrics.

Systems and rules to allow the overlaying of the rule and the performed. To
see both from one thing.

The imagined as an instrument.

The act of creation within the viewer and allowing a gateway in.

Nature mimicry as a gateway.

Convention as a gateway.

The acceptance of the gateway and methods of making the gateway
apparent/amplified.

Expanding listening to everything.

Stylistic overlaying, fashion, popular sounds.

Masterpiece as perfect expression of concept or fashion, on unique take.

The dreary disassembling by anal retentives removing all the fun of it all.
