midi clock sync over ethernet on powerbook g3 possible ?

i hope to not bother u guys with this little technical question.
is it possible to sync 2 powerbooks (g3, pismo) over ethernet port/cable?

any hints on apps or how to program something like this would be highly
appreciated.
