BBC New Music site

hi everyone,

i'm olli and i'm currently producing a feature for the BBC here in london
called "global top tens" (bit of a silly name, i know, but i didn't make it
up)
where we look at new music scenes around the world and ask people to not
only contribute a top ten of what's inspiring them but also what's going
on in their neck of the woods.

i know that most of you here are involved in music in some form or fashion
and I would like to invite those of you running labels, magazines or
websites
to join our growing list of contributors. we'd be especially keen on people
involved in music that aren't based in the US or UK but the invite is open
to
all of you.

if we can help you out, please get in touch. that's what we're here for.

Also if anyone is interested, BBC Radio 3's Mixing It will be showcasing
their latest live gig this Sunday night at 23:00GMT. The show
will feature Leeds-based four piece Hood, a solo performance from the
acclaimed new singer/songwriter Ben Christophers, and Spaceheads, featuring
the extraordinary sound of Max Eastley playing the Arc: a nine-foot long
musical construction of wire and wood. You can listen to it live over the
net in case you weren't at the show
from the Radio 3 website.

thanks for reading. hope you are all well.
