is not a delightful book to read in japanese
(when it's not your mother tongue)

gave up after the introduction.
anybody read it ?

also, paul demarinis told slavek kwi and myself
about a book by recording freak, douglas quinn,
a long time ago in a mexican cafeteria
full of quadra-paks of milk
and exquisite packets of expired rasberry jam.

book concerned (in part?) frequency and animal survival/extinction....
a title for this book anyone?

any reviews of either book appreciated?
