Diamond Cut Live 4.74 has some good features for restoration and broadcast.

real time channel blender,  De-Esser.      



I have also found Ray Gun 2.0 from Arboretum Systems to be very beneficial
in certain types of noise reduction. It is really simple to use,
automatically finds noise 

and kills it.



Waves Restoration bundle has multi-level descision algorithms making top
notch reduction 



Steinberg Wavelab contains the VST effects NoiseGate and De-noiser which
