The Anechoic Opera Synopsis
Dear list members;
I found this while I was scanning some images today and although I know
it isn't going to make you like me any better, offer me high paying jobs and
so forth I'm showing it to the list since I said I'd show it to you if I
found it( I'm peculiar that way . . ).
-enough blathering , give me some meat , I hear (some of) you say. . .
THE ANECHOIC OPERA
SYNOPSIS
SCENE 1
THE WORLD IS CREATED A HERO AWAKENS AND IMMEDIATLEY KILLS
HIMSELF.
HE FINDS OUT THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED MUCH LATER BECAUSE HE IS DEAD.
HE FINDS OUT HE IS DEAD WHILE PRETENDING TO BE ALIVE. IN THE EARLY <DEAD>
YEARS WHILE SURROUNDED BY BEINGS MOST OF HIS THOUGHTS MOVEMENTS AND
UTTERANCES WERE REACTIONS TO THOSE AROUND HIM/ SOMETIMES HE WOULD DARE
SOMETHING <LIVE> AND THEY THREATENED TO KILL HIM (AT THAT POINT HE DIDN'T
KNOW HE WAS DEAD SO THE THREATS STILL HAD MEANING).
LATER ON ,ON HIS OWN ,HE FINDS HIMSELF FREE OF OTHERS TO REACT TO
AND HIS SURROUNDINGS BECOME MUCH MORE CLEAR.
IN PLACE OF REACTING TO THOSE WHO ARE NO LONGER AROUND HIM < >
HOWEVER , HE FINDS HIMSELF IMITATING THOSE SAME BEINGS ,USING THEM AS
MODELS FOR SPEECH , MOVEMENT , AND IMAGINING THOUGHTS THAT CONNECTED AND
PROCEEDED FROM THE DISPARATE AND APPARENT FACETS OF PERSONALITY ; IN OTHER
WORDS EVERYTHING THAT MADE ANY SENSE.
AT THIS POINT HE KNOWS THAT NO ONE CAN KILL HIM FOR DARING TO BE
ALIVE AND THE"PROBLEM" IS HOW TO CREATE HIS OWN MODEL < NON-REDUNDANT ,
ANECHOIC , NOT IMITATIVE OR REACTIONARY> PERHAPS AN EXISTING MODEL WOULD
WORK JUST AS WELL (IS*IT*REALLY*POSSIBLE*TO CREATE*ANYTHING*?).
AT ANY RATE ,MAKING HIS OWN MODEL WILL FACILITATE RECOGNIZING THE TRUE
MODEL WHEN HE'LL SEE IT.
HE IS PRETENDING TO BE ALIVE QUITE WELL AT THIS POINT AND COMING TO
A FRESH UNDERSTANDING OF A LOT OF THINGS:
HIS SPEECH IS ABSURD SINCE IT SELDOM MATCHES HIS APPEARANCE , GESTURES OR
THE WAY HE CARRIES HIMSELF (HE IS MORE CONVINCING IF HE KEEPS HIS MOUTH
SHUT). HOWEVER ,USUALLY HE CAN RECOGNIZE WHO HE IS IMITATING .SOMETIMES
RECOGNITION IS NOT SO EASY SINCE THERE IS A SYNTHESIS INVOLVED ONE VOCAL
FORMANT MODULATING ANOTHER / THE ATTACK OF ANNUNCIATION OF SOMEBODY
FOLLOWED BY THE PHRASING OF ANOTHER/ SOMETIMES A VIRTUAL CHOIR OF MNEMONIC
RESPONSES INTERACTING WITH ONE ANOTHER VERY COMPLEXLY WITHIN MILLISECONDS
WHICH MAY BE MODULATED BY AN UNEXPECTED SOUND ENVELOPE RESULTING IN WILDLY
VARYING DYNAMIC TRATMENT CAUSED BY DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS OF MOVEMENT ,
BREATHING, MUSCLE TENSION AND BRAND NEW THOUGHT PROCESSES BEING ALLOWED TO
INTERFERE WITH JUST ABOUT ANYTHING.
ENOUGH SITTING STILL , NOW HE MUST LEARN HOW TO TAME A LIVE MODEL AT FIRST
TO GET CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE MOVING PARTS.
