::Plastiq Phantom (Imputor? Records)

Tucked behind the hyperkinetic beats and glitchy sound design are delicate,
accessible melodies and a direct approach to songwriting that's rarely heard
in the world of "intelligent dance music." QP's refined sense of melody in
motion, capturing the lively patterns that surround us but are so easily
overlooked. He is also know for his alter-ego, Johnny Kawasaki, who writes
naughty glitch cut-ups of pop tracks.

His live shows are rumored to involve lots of alcohol and Walt Disney
lip-sync sessions.
