[idm] re: forced exposure business / merck records

Hi,
Merck Records here, we just wanted to chime in to the list as things seem to get blown out of proportion quick, as well as a majority of the listeners seem to be rather ignorant to what goes on behind the scenes of IDM music.

Forced Exposure has been GREAT to Merck, we have never had any problems in dealing with them at all.
All our checks come at a reasonable time and they dont dick us around.

But in the spirit of the belligerent idmlist, we would also like to take this opportunity to point out some deadbeat distros/stores that continually lie to us and fuck with us. We dont reccomend dealing with, or buying from them.

These are the places, how much they owe us, and from when:

Safety In Numbers NY: 1,814.00$ from August 2001

Ideal UK : 980.00$ from April 2001

Kraak3 Belgium : 514.00$ from Nov 2000 & Jan 2001

Namskeio Switzerland : 180.00$ from Jan 2001

I hope you all see this and wakeup, especially you kraak3, posting nonstop promotional shit, and then fucking with everyone behind the scenes.

All of the following places have been good to us since our inception and have never had any noticable problems or any outstanding debt with, we highly reccomend distributing through them and purchasing records from them

Crosstalk Chicago
Skimo US (pj is the best. period.)
Breakcore Japan
Rough Trade Tokyo (now duotonerecords.com)
Forced Exposure

Thankyou for your time, i hope some things have been cleared up.
