Hotline Server Suggestion

Here is a suggestion:

Include the Hotline info (link to software, Hotline Server Addy, and e-mail
address to the Hotline Administrator) in the "Welcome to Microsound"
auto-reply, so that upon subscription to the list,  the necessary info is
included.

It is then up to the new list member to ask for a password via an e-mail to
the admin.
