try MIDI Overtoom, in Amsterdam. expect a little wait, they get back-ordered 
often. the Cardbus and the Multiface (laptop card and the 18 channel 
digital/analog interface) together will run you euro 1050. swapping the laptop 
card for the desktop card will cost about the same, and getting a card for the 
desktop AND the laptop [ahhhhh ...indulgence!] will add another euro 250 or so. 
save your lunch money!
