Perhaps, but that's not what I was refering to.

Typically a Macintosh?

It sounds like they're molding a genre to fit the "Cult Of Mac" column.
They even quote Josh as saying: "The Mac is the favored platform. Most
people who work with computer music use a Macintosh." 														
I've never polled  'most of the people who work with computer music', but
to me it sounds like an over-simplification. 													
Just clarifying. It's no big deal.
